NFT Marketplace

Xenwave NFT Marketplace is a hub for NFT enthusiasts to mint, buy, sell, and transfer their NFTs on the Bitnet and other compatible networks. You need to read and accept the terms and conditions below in order to use our application.

1. Non-Liability Acknowledgement

By using our NFT Marketplace you explicitly acknowledge and agree that our business, team, or any subsidiary or parent companies do not hold any responsibility and/or liability for any loss of funds, loss of assets, or misuse of our platform, irrespective of the nature or intention of the acts and actions that may cause such losses. This includes, but is not limited to, general software malfunctioning, network issues, access issues, hacks, theft by third party actors, and security breaches. In addition, you do understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any actions you take while using our NFT marketplace and that there is no practical or feasible way to reverse transactions on the blockchain, even if such transactions have been processed by our own smart contracts.

2. Beta Stage Acknowledgement

By using our NFT Marketplace you explicitly acknowledge that this a software in beta stage and it is very likely you will encounter bugs and errors that may result in irrecoverable loss of funds and/or assets.

3. Decentralized Nature

All of the smart contracts used by the NFT marketplace are automated and contain functions that are entirely decentralized. As a result, transactions processed by these contracts are irreversible, and this includes the listing, selling, burning, minting, and purchasing of NFTs on the platform. If you have submitted a transaction by mistake, our team will not be able to assist you or reverse the unintended transaction, therefore, extreme caution is advised.

4. Non-Recoverability of Fees

Any fees you pay while using the NFT marketplace are non-refundable in nature. Accidental transactions or unintended usage of certain functions that may result in fees being charged to you by mistake are therefore non-refundable.

5. Scams & Fraud Protection

While we do our best to protect our users from scams and fraud, due to the decentralized nature of blockchain applications, we cannot be totally certain that some of the collections and NFTs available for trade on the marketplace will not be part of scam or fraud schemes. Extreme caution is advised and it is recommended you do extensive research on any project you intend to endorse before purchasing and holding NFTs from given project.

6. Non-NSFW Policy

We opted for a non-NSFW policy in order to keep the platform safe and family-friendly to everyone. NSFW content is strictly prohibited. NSFW collections will not be integrated, and any NSFW NFTs minted in the public community collections will be promptly suppressed.

7. Changes to Terms

Xenwave reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the NFT Marketplace after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
