XenwavePay™

1. Overview

XenwavePay is a payment module within the Xenwave platform, designed to facilitate transactions using smart contracts. It includes the following functionalities:

• My Wallet: A feature for viewing your asset balances and values in fiat currency, along with other relevant information. This is for informational purposes only.

• Pay: Enables users to send coins or tokens to other wallets.

• Batch Payments: Allows the consolidation of multiple payments into a single transaction.

• Subscriptions and Payments: Manages subscriptions and payments related to the Xenwave platform, for internal use only.

2. No Custody of Funds

Xenwave does not store, take possession of, or manage users' funds directly. All transactions are executed through smart contracts on the blockchain on a peer-to-peer basis.

3. User Responsibility and Risks

3.1 Users are solely responsible for the security and management of their wallet and funds.

3.2 Xenwave is not liable for any malfunctions, errors, or issues arising from the use of smart contracts or any losses incurred as a result.

3.3 Users must ensure they understand how to use blockchain-based transactions and should exercise caution when transferring funds.

4. Charges & Fees

Certain services within XenwavePay may incur fees. These fees are a part of the transaction process and are typically paid in the form of network fees or service charges. Users agree to pay these fees where applicable.

5. Nature of Transactions

5.1 XenwavePay operates on a peer-to-peer basis, sometimes mediated by autonomous smart contracts.

5.2 Xenwave is not a payment processor and does not have control over, authority, or responsibility for the transactions conducted through its platform.

5.3 Recovery or reversal of transactions is not possible once executed.

6. No Enforcement or Recovery

Xenwave cannot enforce, intervene, or recover funds in any transactions. Users must understand the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

7. Changes to Terms

Xenwave reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of XenwavePay after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using XenwavePay, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If users do not agree, they should not use XenwavePay.
